Last Tuesday morning Executive Director Art Martineau represented the PAL at the Miami Beach Tuesday Morning Breakfast Club. Officer Martineau discussed the history of PAL, funding, PAL programs, up-coming events, and cleared up all of the misconceptions that have recently been circulating about PAL.
