MBPAL Mentoring Program Featured as “Best Practices” in Nation

Miami Beach PAL’s Mentoring Program was featured as “Best Practices” in a recent meeting held in Seattle, Washington.  Lori Freedline, Mentor Coordinator, was asked to address a few hundred fellow coordinators representing PALs from all over the United States and Virgin Islands.

PAL Mentoring/YDC Kids Celebrate Over 3000 Hours of Community Service

The Miami Beach PAL Mentoring Program and Youth Director Council (YDC), headed by Lori Freedline and Joey Daoud, held a year end recognition event for the kids. PAL Mentoring Program

For the past few months PAL has been hosting a mentoring program for high school and middle school kids to come together every Saturday, play games, have pizza, and watch educational videos on teen related issues. The program grows each week with new kids, and will continue throughout the year.
